Job Description We're seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our growing team and help drive execution across a diverse portfolio of digital products. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping and delivering both customer-facing and internal tools, working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. While product assignments may vary, the ideal candidate will bring strong agile product management experience and a bias toward action.
Key Responsibilities: - manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX design, and business architecture to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Represent the voice of the customer through continuous engagement and feedback loops.
- Use agile methodologies to drive iterative development and rapid learning.
- Participate in product discovery to validate assumptions and inform product direction.
- Define and track success metrics to measure product performance and inform future iterations.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Experience: - 3 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in an agile environment. 5 or more years (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to execute product strategies and deliver results.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- No specific technical expertise required, but familiarity with digital product development is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibilities This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation Base compensation offered for this role is $110,000.00 - $170,700.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e., commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
