Description:

We are looking for a senior-level DevOps Specialist to lead the modernization, governance, and scaling of our developer tooling platform, with a special focus on enterprise AI integration. This role requires deep, hands-on enterprise-level expertise in GitHub Actions (including runner configuration and scaling), Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. You will be responsible for planning and executing complex migrations of major development tools to SaaS, securing pipelines, building resilient developer infrastructures, and engineering advanced environments for AI-enabled developer tools and enterprise AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise GitHub Actions Management: Configure, manage, and scale GitHub Actions at an enterprise level. Oversee self-hosted runner infrastructure, runner groups, network/proxy constraints, and secure pipeline designs.
• Infrastructure as Code & Orchestration: Leverage Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) to automate, provision, and scale ephemeral runner environments and platform services.
• Enterprise AI & GenAI Platform Enablement : Lead the engineering, deployment, and optimization of enterprise AI platforms, coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar), and AI-enabled developer tools.
• Design and maintain resilient infrastructures for LLM observability solutions, model gateways, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Manage and scale development platforms utilizing popular agent frameworks.
• Tool Migration & Integration: Plan, coordinate, and execute migrations of enterprise-level development tooling from on-prem to SaaS (planning, stakeholder management, phased rollout).
• Artifact & Package Management: Manage and optimize Artifactory architecture, including repository structures (Maven, npm, PyPI, NuGet, Docker), replication, permission structures, and retention policies.
• Security & Compliance Governance: Enforce security best practices in CI/CD (least-privilege tokens, environment protection, CODEOWNERS, signed actions). Oversee SonarQube/SonarCloud platform administration, defining Quality Gates and Pull Request analysis.
• Dependency Management: Configure and scale Dependabot across diverse ecosystems (scheduling, dependency grouping, security vulnerability remediation).

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Developer Platform Engineering, Systems Administration, or DevOps with a platform-centric focus.
• Hands-on Experience with GenAI / AI Infrastructure: Proven experience building, deploying, or supporting enterprise AI platforms, coding assistants, or AI-enabled developer tools.
• Technical Familiarity with LLMOps: Experience working with agent frameworks, model gateways, AI evaluation frameworks, and LLM observability solutions.
• Advanced, hands-on experience configuring, managing, and scaling GitHub Actions at an enterprise scale (Candidates must demonstrate deep technical understanding beyond listing the tool on a resume).
• Strong, practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience migrating at least one major tooling platform (e.g., CI/CD, Artifactory, Sonar) to SaaS.
• Solid understanding of package management (JFrog Artifactory) and dependency tools (Dependabot).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go) and networking fundamentals (TLS, proxies, DNS).
