Position: Tosca Testing Consultants with Oracle ERP

We are initiating a new project requirement for Tosca Testing Consultants with Oracle ERP experience. For this engagement, we are primarily looking for junior to mid-level candidates.

As we are aware, the current market has a very limited talent pool with hands-on experience in both Tosca and Oracle ERP simultaneously. In many cases, candidates may have worked extensively on Oracle ERP but not on Tosca, or vice versa. Considering this challenge, we have decided to broaden our approach and focus on technically strong candidates who possess a solid background in testing and ERP systems, even if their experience is with other automation testing tools or different ERP platforms.

To bridge the skill gap, we will be providing a structured 3-week training program focused specifically on Oracle ERP and Tosca. During the fourth week, candidates will undergo an assessment followed by a certification exam. Candidates who successfully clear the exam will receive an official certification from ITC.

We request you to prioritize profiles of candidates who are technically strong and have prior experience in testing and ERP environments. The training program is intended only for Oracle ERP and Tosca enablement; therefore, candidates should already possess a foundational background in software testing.
