Lenel Installation Technician to support enterprise-level access control system deployments. This role is ideal for technicians with strong low-voltage, physical security, and access control installation experience-particularly those familiar with Lenel OnGuard hardware and software environments.
Responsibilities- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Lenel OnGuard access control systems
- Mount, wire, and test access control hardware including readers, panels, controllers, power supplies, and door hardware
- Perform low-voltage cabling, terminations, labeling, and testing
- Work with project managers and security engineers to ensure accurate system installation and documentation
- Conduct system startup, device enrollment, and functional testing
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, general contractors, and security integrators on-site
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, installation best practices, and project timelines
- Provide clear and timely reporting on installation progress and issues
Qualifications- Hands-on experience installing or servicing Lenel OnGuard systems
- Familiarity with access control hardware, low-voltage wiring, and physical security infrastructure
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, floor plans, and technical documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in commercial, industrial, or enterprise environments
- LenelS2 certifications (LNL-CT, LNL-AT, or similar) preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site at customer locations
