Description

SAIC is currently seeking a Helpdesk Services Support for the Army's Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) onsite at Rock Island, IL.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist and provide end-user support and serve as auxiliary support for Video Teleconferencing (VTC) operations
Support the local Desk Side Support Technician & VTC Specialist
Provides troubleshooting, repairing and debugging T1 computer systems
Helps with maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering

NOTE: This position requires up to 25% of travel.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

BS degree and 0 years related experience (4yrs experience accepted in lieu of degree)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Experience in desk side or end-user technical support
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and peripherals
Advanced printer troubleshooting experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

Able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance prior to start
