Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level SAP RTR Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, preferably with exposure to brownfield migration or system conversion projects. The consultant will support the transition of existing SAP Finance processes from ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy, process continuity, and successful implementation of RTR functionality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core SAP FI/CO processes, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Material Ledger, along with experience in functional specifications, testing, reconciliation, and migration support.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end Record-to-Report processes as part of an SAP ECC to S/4HANA brownfield migration.

Assess existing SAP ECC finance processes and support their transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Provide functional support across Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Material Ledger.

Support New General Ledger (New GL) functionality and relevant S/4HANA Finance changes.

Assist with migration activities, including financial data validation, balance reconciliation, and issue resolution.

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEFW developments and coordinate with technical teams for delivery.

Support Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Identify, analyze, and resolve functional issues related to migration and finance processes.

Collaborate with Finance, Controlling (CO), technical, and data migration teams to ensure successful integration.

Support cutover activities, go-live preparation, and post-go-live stabilization.

Coordinate with client stakeholders and provide timely updates on project progress, issues, and deliverables.
