MS Power Platform Developer(Only Local)

Job Summary:
The developer will lead the design, development, governance, and support of low-code and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role will also design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade applications and databases while ensuring the reliability, security, performance, and integrity of SQL environments.

The position will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other partners to translate business requirements into scalable Power Platform and database solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Power Platform Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using:
  • Power Apps
  • Canvas Apps
  • Model-Driven Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Dataverse
  • Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio
• Develop enterprise-grade low-code/no-code solutions.
• Build workflow automation and business process solutions.
• Troubleshoot Power Platform application and workflow issues.
• Implement Power Platform governance and environment strategies.
• Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Power Platform solutions.

SQL Server Development

• Design and maintain SQL Server databases.
• Develop database schemas, tables, views, functions, triggers, and stored procedures.
• Perform T-SQL development and query optimization.
• Implement indexing strategies and database performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot SQL Server performance and database issues.
• Manage SQL Server environments, including on-premises SQL Server and Azure SQL.
• Ensure database reliability, security, and data integrity.

Integration & Data

• Integrate Power Platform applications with:
  • SQL Server
  • Azure
  • Microsoft 365
  • APIs
  • Cloud applications
  • External and third-party systems
• Design secure connections between Power Platform and SQL databases.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes.
• Build enterprise-ready data models.
• Support data integration and modernization initiatives.

Governance & Security

• Implement Power Platform governance strategies.
• Configure security roles and permissions.
• Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Support Power Platform environment management and ALM.
• Develop secure and maintainable enterprise solutions.

Business Analysis & Support

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot Power Platform errors, workflow failures, and database issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Support modernization, automation, and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Work independently and collaboratively with technical and business teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development and implementation.
• 7+ years of experience with:
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Dataverse
  • Power Virtual Agents
• 7+ years of experience with SQL database structures and development.
• Strong SQL Server / T-SQL development experience.
• Strong experience with:
  • Stored Procedures
  • Views
  • Functions
  • Triggers
  • Indexing
  • Query Optimization
  • Performance Tuning
  • ETL
• Experience managing SQL Server instances.
• Experience with Azure SQL is preferred.
• Experience integrating databases with APIs, cloud applications, and third-party systems.

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with Power BI Dataflows.
• Enterprise reporting experience.
• Knowledge of SSIS.
• Knowledge of SSRS.
• Experience supporting government or public-sector applications is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare or public health environments is a plus.
