We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL Talend Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using Talend.

This role involves working closely with data architects, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure data integration and transformation processes are efficient and reliable.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in ETL development, with at least 3 years using Talend.

Experience with cloud based ETL solutions and data integration.

Experience with cloud-based AWS solutions.

Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.

Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Talend.

Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into ETL processes.

Optimize and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure high performance and reliability.

Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Document ETL processes and workflows for future reference and maintenance.
