Kinaxis Role Overview We are seeking a Kinaxis Architect to lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions for supply chain planning and optimization.
This role will drive end-to-end architecture, solution design, and integration across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities: Lead solution architecture and design for Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations.
Configure and optimize supply chain planning modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP). Define and implement data models, control tables, and business rules.
Design integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), APIs, and data sources.
Conduct solution workshops and translate business requirements into technical designs.
Ensure scalability, performance, and data accuracy across planning processes.
Lead end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Provide guidance on best practices, governance, and solution standards.
Mentor team members and support testing (SIT/UAT) and deployment
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse (architecture, configuration, deployment).
Expertise in supply chain planning processes (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP).
Experience with data modeling, scenario planning, and analytics.
Integration experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
Strong understanding of ETL, APIs, and data flows.
Experience leading large-scale implementations.
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
Skills Preferred:
Kinaxis certifications Experience in manufacturing, retail, or pharma supply chains Knowledge of cloud platforms and data analytics tools Exposure to AI/ML in supply chain planning Success Metrics Successful Kinaxis implementations and adoption Improved forecast accuracy and supply planning efficiency Reduced inventory costs and stockouts High system performance and data reliability
