This role will operate at the center of the IT Project Management Office, partnering with project leaders, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership to improve how technology investments are prioritized, governed, monitored, and communicated.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Establish and maintain consistent PMO processes, governance standards, methodologies, templates, and project management best practices.
  • Manage visibility across the IT project portfolio, including schedule, scope, budget, resource capacity, dependencies, risks, and overall project health.
  • Support project intake, evaluation, prioritization, sequencing, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate governance forums, Steering Committee reviews, portfolio reviews, and leadership discussions.
  • Develop executive dashboards, portfolio scorecards, KPIs, status reporting, trend analysis, and recommendations for leadership.
  • Support portfolio and project budgeting, forecasting, investment reporting, resource allocation, utilization tracking, and capacity planning.
  • Maintain risk and issue registers while coordinating mitigation plans, escalation activities, and change-control governance.
  • Provide project management guidance and oversight to delivery teams while monitoring milestones, plans, deliverables, and governance compliance.
  • Coordinate dependencies and deliverables involving third-party vendors and escalate vendor-related risks when necessary.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives designed to strengthen PMO effectiveness and portfolio execution.

Do You Bring Proven Success in IT PMO Governance and Portfolio Management?
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading an enterprise IT PMO, project portfolio management, or program management function.
  • Strong experience with portfolio governance, project intake, prioritization, executive reporting, and project health monitoring.
  • Hands-on knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and investment reporting.
  • Experience coordinating resource capacity, allocations, utilization, and cross-project dependencies.
  • Strong understanding of risk, issue, change, and escalation management within complex technology environments.
  • Experience developing executive-level dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and portfolio reporting.
  • Ability to facilitate governance meetings and communicate effectively with senior executives, project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an onsite environment in Bridgewater and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
