Daily Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues across corporate fleet vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safety and optimal performance
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to identify root causes of vehicle quality concerns
- Document repairs, findings, and technical insights accurately and thoroughly
- Support Engineering with testing, data collection, and special projects
- Follow all safety protocols and compliance standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive or fleet technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with vehicle systems, diagnostic tools, and repair procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Chrysler dealership environment
