What We''re Looking For:
• Strong DevOps engineering background with expertise in CI/CD design, automation, Git-based workflows, and pipeline ownership
• Experience owning and improving delivery systems at scale—not just operating existing processes
• Ability to identify process gaps and implement scalable, automated, and reliable delivery practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Release engineering and deployment orchestration
🔹 CI/CD ownership and continuous improvement
🔹 Gearset platform and pipeline management
🔹 Environment strategy, refresh planning, and governance
🔹 Release readiness standards and deployment governance
🔹 Risk identification and operational maturity improvements
🔹 Automation of manual processes
🔹 Cross-functional collaboration with Development, QA, Salesforce Admins, and Leadership teams
Preferred Experience:
• Salesforce DevOps, metadata deployments, and environment management experience is highly valued
• Salesforce experience is not mandatory if you bring deep DevOps expertise and can ramp up quickly
