The Salesforce Solution Architect designs and delivers scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards. This role partners with business and technical teams to translate requirements into high-performing Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions (Energy & Utility Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations).
• Define system architecture, data models, security, and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Lead and govern development, integrations, releases, and environment strategy.
• Guide developers on Apex, Lightning, Flows, and Salesforce best practices.
• Ensure performance, scalability, compliance, and security.
• Maintain architecture documentation and mentor delivery teams.
• Support project planning, estimation, and solution delivery lifecycle.
Skills & Qualifications
• Deep Salesforce expertise (Energy & Utility Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Strong Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Flows, and API integration experience.
• Integration tools: MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica; CI/CD and release management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications (Preferred)
• Salesforce CTA (preferred)
• Application Architect or System Architect
• Integration Architecture Designer
• Platform Developer I/II
Requirements
• 10+ years Salesforce experience, including 3–5+ years in architecture or technical leadership.
• Proven success delivering complex, integrated enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to manage high-complexity, multi-integration projects.
