Job Title: QE Engagement Lead / Test Manager

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end QE service delivery across Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital/OMS/CRM, Salesforce, and Platform Automation.

• Own delivery governance, stakeholder communication, risk management, escalations, and service performance.

• Define and manage test strategies covering functional, automation, mobile, POS, omnichannel, and Salesforce platform testing.

• Oversee Salesforce CRM testing, integrations, business workflows, and release validation.

• Manage transition planning, knowledge transfer, resource allocation, and team readiness.

• Lead release readiness reviews, go/no-go recommendations, and peak-season support.

• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, test metrics, automation progress, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate AI use case implementation with the Skechers team, ensuring alignment with SkechAI and security policies.

• Prepare weekly status reports, monthly service reviews, and quarterly business reviews.

• Manage RAID logs, change requests, staffing continuity, and corrective action plans.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in QE leadership, test management, and service delivery.

• Experience with Salesforce platform testing, CRM workflows, and integrations.

• Knowledge of test automation, functional testing, release management, and omnichannel testing.

• Strong stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and reporting skills
