Senior Power BI Consultant Tableau to Power BI Migration (Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Consultant for a long-term contract opportunity focused on leading a large-scale Tableau to Power BI migration initiative within an enterprise analytics environment.

This role will be heavily focused on:

• Migrating Tableau dashboards/workbooks into Power BI
• Translating Tableau LOD expressions and calculations into DAX
• Leading meetings/workshops with analytics and data teams
• Training and upskilling internal teams on Power BI best practices
• Driving dashboard modernization and BI standardization efforts

Required Experience

• Strong experience migrating Tableau dashboards to Power BI
• Advanced Power BI development experience (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
• Deep Tableau experience including LOD calculations
• Experience leading trainings, workshops, and cross-functional meetings
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with analytics/data engineering teams
• Ability to document standards, processes, and best practices

Nice to Have

• Healthcare analytics experience
• Experience with Epic/Cerner healthcare data
• Azure, Snowflake, or SQL Server exposure
• Prior consulting or CoE experience
