Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead complex digital initiatives across websites, mobile applications, MarTech, content platforms, and other digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end digital projects in a matrixed enterprise environment, coordinating multiple workstreams and third-party vendors while maintaining control of scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
This role requires a highly organized project leader who can work effectively across business, technology, creative, and vendor teams and communicate complex project status clearly to senior leadership.
Duties
- Lead complex digital projects from start to finish websites, mobile apps, MarTech and content platforms
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and critical-path dependencies across several workstreams
- Manage scope, change control, and release planning, including MVP and post-launch phases
- Own RAID management (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and put mitigation plans in place
- Coordinate several third-party vendors and hold them accountable for SOW deliverables, defect fixes, and deadlines
- Track project finances, including actuals, forecasts and estimates to complete, and confirm vendor invoices
- Oversee testing readiness, including UAT, defect triage, regression, and go/no-go decisions
- Run status meetings, Scrum of Scrums, and steering committee updates
- Write concise status reports for senior leadership
- Follow PMO governance, including project control documents, funding requests, and audit documentation
Skills
- Over 7 years of project management, with at least 3 years delivering digital projects (web, mobile, eCommerce, or MarTech)
- Has led full website replatforms or digital launches in a matrixed organization with many vendors
- Comfortable with both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall, and with hybrid approaches
- Good working knowledge of digital platforms such as CMS (Adobe Experience Manager preferred), analytics, SEO, and content authoring workflows
- Very proficient in Jira and Confluence; experience with Smartsheet, MS Project or Clarity
- Advanced Excel skills for tracking and reporting metrics
- Strong at managing vendors and negotiating with them
- Clear, executive-ready writing and speaking; can keep complex status brief
- Spots risk early, solves problems and makes decisions under deadline pressure
- Builds working relationships across business, technology, creative and vendor teams
- Hospitality, travel, or loyalty experience is a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- PMP certification preferred
- Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP or SAFe) preferred
