We are currently seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and experienced Project Manager for a 100% travel position within our Engineering division. This unique role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across the globe, providing the chance to broaden your horizons while utilizing your engineering and project management skills. The successful candidate will have a strong background in field operations, project management, problem-solving, and production oversight. This position requires constant travel, making it an exciting opportunity for those who love to explore new places and cultures.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan, direct, and lead field work for various engineering projects across multiple locations worldwide.
2. Utilize problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges and obstacles, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Manage all aspects of project installation, from planning to execution, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
4. Oversee field operations and maintain a high level of safety and efficiency on all job sites.
5. Ensure inventory control processes are adhered to, preventing material loss and ensuring project resources are used effectively.
6. Provide production oversight, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality and meeting all project specifications.
7. Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers, ensuring everyone is kept informed of project progress.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in project management within the Engineering industry.
2. Proven experience in planning, directing, and leading field work.
3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome project challenges and obstacles.
4. Experience in managing project installations and overseeing field operations.
5. Knowledge of inventory control processes and experience in production oversight.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
7. A willingness to travel constantly, with the ability to adapt to new locations and cultures quickly.
8. A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
9. Certifications in Project Management (like PMP or PRINCE2) are a plus.
10. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
