IT Support Specialist (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Location: Port Washington, WI
Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire Opportunity
Hourly: $40-$45, W2 + Benefits during the contract period
Salary at Conversion: $80,000-$85,000
Innovar Group is hiring an IT Support Specialist to support a corporate operations environment located within an active construction-site setting in Port Washington, WI. This role serves as the primary onsite IT presence, supporting both leadership and staff, so we’re looking for someone who is confident working independently and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, field-adjacent environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide hands-on desktop and end-user support for hardware, software, and access issues
- Manage tickets through ServiceNow
- Support identity and access tasks in Active Directory and Azure AD
- Assist with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 troubleshooting and configuration
- Support device lifecycle and policy enforcement using Microsoft Intune and Jamf
- Provide white-glove support to C-level leadership
- Serve as the local IT point of contact and coordinate with the broader support organization
- Occasionally commute between two nearby sites (reliable transportation required)
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives
- Experience supporting corporate employees located within a construction or project-site environment
- Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working as the sole onsite IT resource
- Independent, proactive self-starter who can manage priorities effectively
- Hands-on experience with:
- Active Directory
- Azure AD
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Intune and/or Jamf
- ServiceNow (or similar ticketing platforms)
