Duration: Full time through go-live (around April) plus 90 days
Equipment: Client-issued laptop

Overview: The Cilent health agency is building Epic for its behavioral health programs and needs an Epic-certified analyst with hands-on behavioral health build experience. You will build across outpatient, crisis, residential, inpatient, and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) programs, and turn behavioral health leadership's operational needs into Epic build they can understand and sign off on.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Build navigators, SmartForms, flowsheets, note templates, and SmartTexts to the behavioral health crosswalk and Epic foundation.

·         Build assessments and treatment planning, episodes and facility structure, orders and referral preference lists, consent workflows, and 42 CFR Part 2 handling.

·         Write and run test scripts; log and resolve defects.

·         Triage production tickets for behavioral health departments that are already live.

·         Document build in the build tracker and Sherlock.

·         Present build in workgroups to behavioral health leadership, clinicians, and Quality Management (QM).

·         Support end-user training and the go-live command center.

Required Qualifications:

·         Active Epic certification in Inpatient ClinDoc or Ambulatory.

·         Hands-on Epic behavioral health build experience.

·         At least two full-cycle Epic implementations that included behavioral health build.

·         Able to explain Epic build in plain terms to clinical and operational leaders.

·         Available full time through go-live plus 90 days, and on-site around the April go-live.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Behavioral Health accreditation or Epic BH training (a plus; real BH build experience counts for more).

·         Behavioral health build across more than one setting: outpatient, crisis, residential, inpatient, SUD.

·         42 CFR Part 2 and California Medi-Cal behavioral health documentation and billing.

·         County or public behavioral health experience.

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in health informatics, IT, nursing, behavioral health, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years as an Epic analyst, including 2+ years of behavioral health build.
