Quality Engineer (Marketing Domain)

Introduction:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support modern digital marketing platforms. This role focuses on ensuring quality, performance, and reliability across web, mobile, and data-driven customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure end-to-end quality of digital web and mobile applications
• Validate content, personalization, and customer journeys across Adobe platforms
• Design and execute manual and automated testing strategies
• Perform data validation and accuracy checks using Snowflake Schema
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality releases

Requirements:

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Experience testing Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Optimization (CJO) workflows
• Solid understanding of Snowflake architecture and data validation techniques
• Experience testing responsive web applications and native or hybrid mobile apps
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Playwright and languages including Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Familiarity with JIRA and XRAY for test management and defect tracking
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Workflow systems
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles
• Experience with Collaboration tools
