Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. SharePoint & Workflow Developer to support a large-scale Enterprise Content Management (ECM) migration from IBM FileNet to SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint Online development, workflow automation, FileNet migration, and enterprise content management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support migration of content, metadata, and workflows from IBM FileNet to SharePoint Online.
• Analyze FileNet repositories, document classes, metadata structures, and workflows.
• Design and implement migration strategies using ShareGate, Metalogix, AvePoint, or similar migration tools.
• Ensure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation throughout the migration process.
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using Modern SharePoint.
• Develop custom solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Create and enhance workflows using Power Automate.
• Re-engineer existing FileNet workflows into SharePoint-based business processes.
• Integrate SharePoint solutions with enterprise applications such as SAP, CRM, and legacy systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, migration teams, and offshore teams.
• Participate in requirements gathering, workshops, solution design, and production support activities.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Strong experience with IBM FileNet P8 including Document Classes, Metadata, Content Engine, Process Engine, and FileNet Workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ECM migration projects, especially FileNet to SharePoint Online.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online (O365) and Modern SharePoint.
• Strong experience with SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Power Automate workflow development.
• Experience using ShareGate, Metalogix, AvePoint, or similar migration tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
• Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on enterprise-scale migration programs.
• Experience integrating SharePoint with SAP, CRM, and other business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Work Authorization:

Open to authorized candidates who can work on W2/Contract basis.

Location Requirement:

Must be able to work onsite in Houston, TX four days per week. No remote option available.
