AI Workflow Automation Engineer
Location: Remote 

Role Overview
Seeking engineers to build and automate HR workflows using Serval, an AI-native service management platform deployed on Zendesk. Focus on employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR service requests.
Required Skills
    •    Hands-on experience with Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM platforms.
    •    Experience building workflows, automations, and integrations.
    •    HR service delivery or employee lifecycle workflow experience.
    •    Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, or low-code tools.
    •    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have: Serval experience, AI agents/automation, Workday or other HR integrations.
