Where is the work:
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

What you will do:
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of service product development initiatives within Smart Services.
  • Partner closely with product management to align project objectives, value propositions, and success metrics.
  • Guide teams through the stage-gate process, ensuring deliverables and approvals meet quality expectations.
  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and milestone timelines.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and obstacles early; drive mitigation strategies.
  • Publish meeting agendas, notes, and action logs; maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Support engineering and service operations in technical validation, pilots, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare launch readiness materials with service and commercial teams.
  • Support lifecycle management and continuous improvement of existing service offerings.
  • Define scope, objectives, and success criteria for initiatives.
  • Maintain risk registers and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Trane Technologies quality standards, cybersecurity expectations, and data governance.

What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in service, digital, or product development environments.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and gated development processes.
  • Leadership and collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Strong communication across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in connected services, digital offerings, IoT, analytics, or service product development.
    • Knowledge of HVAC services, service operations, or aftermarket offerings.
    • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum).
