Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects aligned with strategic digital transformation objectives.
- Organize and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring project teams are clear on responsibilities and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments, to meet or exceed organizational goals.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication across cross-functional teams, executive leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Gather input, identify issues, and assess risks proactively; provide actionable solutions and recommendations.
- Escalate critical project issues and opportunities with professionalism, clarity, and timeliness.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and track key performance indicators to ensure transparency.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders by maintaining accessibility, responsiveness, and trust.
- Align processes, systems, and resources to optimize project outcomes, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Evaluate project performance and implement necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead change management efforts by determining adjustments needed and guiding teams through implementation.
- Ensure compliance with the IT Project Life Cycle methodology, maintaining high standards of project governance.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing activities to deliver results within resource constraints.
- Oversee resource planning, including personnel and materials, escalating needs as appropriate.
- Stay current with industry best practices, incorporating them into project delivery and team education.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience managing large, complex IT projects, including digital and AI initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams across various functions.
- Expertise in project management frameworks, best practices, and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and present clear project documentation and reports.
- Demonstrated strategic and critical thinking, with an aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience working with external vendors and managing third-party project dependencies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
