Summary

Prominent is seeking an experienced IT Staff Augmentation Recruiter to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting talented IT professionals for our clients. This position requires a recruiter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within an agency environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source top IT professionals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Build and maintain relationships with candidates
Negotiate offers and terms of employment with candidates
Track and manage candidate pipelines to ensure timely communication and candidate progress
Attend industry events to network and source new candidates
Utilize job boards and social media platforms to advertise job openings
Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and develop job descriptions
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and clients on recruitment progress
Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities

Requirements:

Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in IT Staff Augmentation recruitment
Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting IT professionals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with job boards and social media platforms
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

While this is a work from home opportunity, preference given to candidates based in Omaha, Nebraska, Denver, Colorado or Kansas City. Prominent''s compensation package includes a generous base plus commission model.
