Contract Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with PowerBI, SQL, in a data analytics or BI development role.
Advanced knowledge of PowerBI desktop, PowerBI service, and PowerBI's reporting and visualization capabilities.
Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
Demonstrated experience implementing and managing row-level security in PowerBI.
Strong skills in data modeling, including understanding star and snowflake schemas, and the ability to design efficient data models that support high-performance queries.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts and data-driven insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

Desired Skills & Experience

Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.
Experience managing and configuring PowerBI workspaces and user access controls.
Familiarity with cloud-based BI platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake) is a plus.
Experience working in Agile teams and environments.

What You Will Be Doing

Create data-driven insights through advanced dashboards and analytics, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business questions, understand areas of analysis, understand workflow styles, and turn this information into purpose built BI, helping the company to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive growth.
