Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Service Delivery (LSD) Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise legal service delivery solutions. This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) or similar legal technology platforms, along with strong architectural and stakeholder management capabilities.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution design, enabling digital transformation across legal and compliance functions through workflow automation, case management, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable Legal Service Delivery solutions for enterprise legal departments.
Lead implementation and configuration of ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) or equivalent legal operations platforms.
Define end-to-end solution architecture, including data models, integrations, and workflows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate legal process requirements into technical solutions.
Design and implement solutions for:
- Legal case management
- Contract lifecycle management (CLM)
- Legal request intake and tracking
- Compliance and governance workflows
Integrate legal platforms with:
- ServiceNow modules
- CLM tools
- Document management systems
- ERP and CRM systems
Provide technical leadership across LSD / Legal Ops initiatives.
Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance best practices.
Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and client workshops.
Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives for legal departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–12+ years of experience in ServiceNow or enterprise platform architecture
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) or other Legal Ops platforms
Proven experience in roles such as:
- Solution Architect
- Technical Architect
- Platform Architect
Expertise in:
- Workflow automation
- Case management systems
- Request management solutions
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and middleware
Solid knowledge of:
- Legal operations
- Compliance frameworks
- Contract lifecycle management (CLM)
Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, and enterprise architecture frameworks
Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CLM tools (e.g., Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft)
Prior experience working with legal departments or compliance teams
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or relevant architect-level certifications)
