EAM Systems Analyst 100% REmote
About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Systems Analysts to support the implementation, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise work management platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with strong IT systems analysis and development experience in EAM applications such as IFS, GCI, Maximo, SAP, or Oracle.
Candidates must have enterprise-level experience with work management systems and be able to speak confidently about work management processes, configurations, integrations, and business workflows.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. During the contract period, consultants will be salaried employees with PTO and no overtime eligibility. Candidates must be interested in converting to a full-time employee role.
Available Levels (wiggle on pay depending on level of experience)
Senior Systems Analyst
- 6+ years of systems analysis, design, and development experience
Systems Analyst Consultant
- 10+ years of related experience
- Subject matter expertise and technical leadership experience
Lead Systems Analyst
- 10+ years of related experience
- At least one relevant professional certification
- Leadership and mentoring responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with EAM business leads to gather and analyze requirements
- Configure, implement, and support EAM systems
- Lead system integrations across SaaS, iPaaS, and on-premises platforms
- Support software deployments and IT change management activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including design, development, testing, and implementation
- Create technical specifications and project documentation
- Provide support for mission-critical applications, including on-call support as needed
- Mentor junior analysts and contractors
- Collaborate with vendors and consulting partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related discipline
- Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Strong experience in systems analysis, design, and development
- Hands-on experience with one or more EAM/work management platforms:
- IFS (preferred)
- GCI
- IBM Maximo
- SAP
- Oracle
- Experience with enterprise software implementations and integrations
- Knowledge of SaaS, iPaaS, and on-premises environments
- Strong SDLC experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications relevant to systems analysis, enterprise applications, or project delivery
- Experience optimizing systems for performance, scalability, and security
- Utility or energy industry experience
- Leadership or technical lead experience

Employment Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
- Must be willing to convert to full-time employment
- Must be able to work onsite in Tampa, FL four days per week
