Job Description:

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master to drive Agile transformation and delivery excellence across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile coaching, Scrum facilitation, sprint planning, backlog management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires partnering with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to improve Agile maturity and ensure successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coach teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum, and best practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Guide teams in sprint backlog creation, refinement, prioritization, and execution.
Remove impediments and help teams maintain consistent sprint velocity.
Foster an Agile mindset and promote continuous improvement across teams.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined, prioritized, and actionable product backlogs.
Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, sprint progress, and team health.
Support Agile transformation initiatives and mentor Scrum Masters and Agile teams.
Identify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks while tailoring practices to organizational needs.

Required Skills

Advanced Agile Coaching experience
Advanced Agile Culture transformation expertise
Advanced Scrum Master experience
Advanced Sprint Backlog Management
2–5 years of Agile delivery experience
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile methodologies
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and stakeholder collaboration
Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Agilist certification
Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile engineering practices
Experience working in enterprise Agile environments

Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery professional.
Proven ability to coach multiple Agile teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
