We’re looking for a designer with strong execution muscles and strong judgment with 13 Yrs.
* Are highly tactical and hands-on, while staying grounded in design theory and systems thinking
* Naturally bridge tactics and strategy, understanding how detailed design decisions shape long-term platform outcomes
* Operate with high autonomy, ownership, and accountability
* Demonstrate clear critical thinking and articulate design rationale (bonus if you do this effectively with non-designers)
* Think in systems and platforms, not just features
* Bring strong product sense, balancing user value, business needs, and operational realities
* Have excellent UI taste with a high bar for clarity, hierarchy, and polish
* Act as a thought partner, helping shape design standards, practices, and platform vision—not just delivering artifacts
AI-enabled design (must-have)
AI is core to how we work. You should have hands-on experience using tools like Figma Make, Lovable, or similar, and be comfortable using AI to:
* Explore and iterate on ideas quickly
* Prototype and test concepts
* Support design storytelling and stakeholder conversations
Tools & experience
* Advanced proficiency in Figma
* Experience designing complex digital products, platforms, or internal systems
* Comfort working in environments where problems are not fully defined and require sound judgment
