Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sitetracker Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise solutions built on the Salesforce platform with a strong focus on Sitetracker implementation and customization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Sitetracker configuration, integrations, and automation to support large-scale project management and asset tracking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

·        Design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Sitetracker and Salesforce ecosystem.

·        Configure and customize Sitetracker objects, workflows, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and automation.

·        Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages as required.

·        Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce/Sitetracker and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

·        Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

·        Optimize system performance, data quality, and user experience.

·        Develop and maintain CI/CD deployment processes using Salesforce DevOps tools.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, defects, and production incidents.

·        Create technical documentation and provide ongoing support for Sitetracker implementations.

·        Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.

Required Skills

·        7 years of Salesforce Development experience.

·        Hands-on experience with Sitetracker implementation, customization, and administration.

·        Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

·        Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

·        Expertise in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and workflow automation.

·        Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.

·        Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and sharing rules within Salesforce.

·        Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, Gearset, or similar deployment tools.

·        Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.

·        Salesforce Administrator Certification.

·        Sitetracker Certification or implementation experience.

·        Experience in Telecommunications, Utilities, Infrastructure, or Asset Management domains.

·        Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
