Title: Data Scientist
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)

Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

Develop and fine-tune AI Bots and Virtual Assistants (Chatbots/Voice Bots) as required.

Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure App Services.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to identify AI use cases and deliver AI-powered capabilities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and partners.

Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles, including bias mitigation, explainability, governance, and compliance requirements.

Monitor AI/ML model performance, accuracy, and reliability, and perform retraining and optimizations when necessary.

Research and stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies to help drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Contribute to AI/ML knowledge-sharing initiatives, technical mentoring, and best-practice development across teams.

Support the adoption of AI solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise standards.

Comply with company policies, procedures, employment terms, workplace guidelines, and business-driven operational requirements.
