Enterprise Engineer III

Client is seeking a Workspace One Deployment Engineer to support enterprise software deployment and endpoint management initiatives across airport operations, frontline employee environments, and corporate systems.

This role will focus on software deployment, application installation/removal, Workspace One administration, troubleshooting deployment issues, and building automation workflows to improve software delivery processes. The team is currently supporting major modernization efforts related to the transition from APS to UPS and ABAMAS platforms.

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint management and software deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Workspace One (Omnissa) administration and application deployment.
• Strong experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience managing software packaging, deployment, and configuration management processes.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Experience troubleshooting WMI, deployment failures, and client management issues.
• Experience working within large enterprise environments supporting thousands of endpoints.

Preferred:

• Workspace One / Omnissa experience strongly preferred
• Intune experience will also be considered
• SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Management
• PowerShell scripting and automation
• Enterprise software deployment and configuration management
• Large enterprise environment experience
• Airline industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Manage software deployments and application packaging activities
• Create and maintain Workspace One Smart Groups, Tags, Sensors, and Assignment Groups
• Develop PowerShell-based automations and deployment workflows
• Troubleshoot software deployment, Windows, and WMI-related issues
• Partner with application teams to coordinate deployment schedules and testing
• Support workstation environments used across airport and frontline operations
• Develop deployment reporting and analytics
