Job Title: Technical Architect – ServiceNow

Location: Somerset, NJ

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead enterprise implementations, architecture, and transformation initiatives across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM/SAM), CMDB, and Discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, migrations, and instance consolidations.

  • Design ServiceNow architecture, custom applications, integrations, and orchestration solutions.

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro, SAM, CMDB, and Service Exchange architecture.

  • Lead third-party and cross-instance integrations.

  • Architect GxP-compliant solutions, including CSV, URS, SRS, IQ/OQ, RTM, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

  • Provide technical leadership, solution design, and team mentoring.

Required Skills:

  • Strong ServiceNow Technical Architecture experience.

  • Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM/SAM), CMDB, and Discovery.

  • Experience leading 5+ end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.

  • Strong integration and Service Exchange experience.

  • GxP / CSV / 21 CFR Part 11 compliance experience.

  • Excellent ITIL process knowledge.

Certifications (Mandatory):

  • ServiceNow CSA.

  • Implementation Specialist – ITSM / HAM / SAM / Discovery.

  • ITIL V3 Foundation.
