Examples of DutiesThe Mobile Deployment Engineer will be responsible for managing mobile devices in Microsoft Intune, leveraging business processes and techniques to provide technical support to customers. The incumbent will develop technical solutions to achieve overall objectives by integrating systems using both internal and/or third-party's hardware / software products. Provides technical support, installation and maintenance to ensure the system is functioning according to specifications. The Mobile Deployment Engineer works on assignments of an extremely complex nature where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variance factors.
EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES- Participates with the customer in the strategic design process to identify additional product / service opportunities.
- Responsible for the technical correctness and completeness of integrated systems designs and develops and recommends solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure.
- Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Capitalizes on advanced training and experience to resolve difficult customer problems.
- Identifies structures and delivers services that enable business processes.
- Works with Management to ensure all team members have adequate training for assignments.
- Manages customers' iOS and Android Devices.
- Plans, installs, configures, and maintains Mobile Device Management System for customers.
- Creates Standard Operating Procedures for customer's mobile device solution.
- Creates Custom Reporting scripts to gather data for reporting as well as creating custom weekly reporting to reflect System Performance.
- Identifies and reports Mobility Best Practices of all Mobile Operating Systems.
EXAMPLES OF OTHER DUTIES- Act as a project leader for complex installations and supports other associates on complicated projects.
- Write test strategies, test plans, test cases and test scripts to assess application performance.
- Determine and specify the mobile device infrastructure and services needed to support the development and deployment of enterprise Mobile Solution.
- Assume the principal technical role in reviews, furnishing technical expertise and answering inquiries.
- Provide technical and customer facing backup and assistance to other Mobile Deployment technicians and engineers as needed per management, and work level and assignment.

Qualifications Education, Training, and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related field. Requires 2-3 years of related work experience.
PLUSKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesKnowledge of Apple Devices (iPhone, iPad, MacBook) and Android devices (Phones and Tablets). Firsthand knowledge Microsoft Intune.

Holidays - Part-time 30 to 39 hour non-merit or non-classified employees will generally be paid for ten holidays per calendar year.
