This role supports safety assessments, requirements development, and engineering coordination across complex systems in a high-rigor environment.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in:
- Systems Safety Engineering
- Systems Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Software or Firmware Engineering
- Equivalent engineering discipline supporting system safety
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance (active Secret required at start)
- Strong analytical and engineering problem-solving capabilities
Desired Qualifications- Experience with DoD System Safety Programs (e.g., MIL-STD-882)
- Experience working with electrical systems and/or combat-system architectures
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Experience generating or managing system requirements
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams
Experience Requirements- Minimum 5 years of Systems Engineering or Systems Safety Engineering experience
Education Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
