Role Summary

A leading organization is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with data leadership and cross-functional teams to support data initiatives, uncover trends, and help build a strong data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Translate business requirements into data analysis and present findings clearly to stakeholders
Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with business and technology teams on data-driven initiatives
Support data quality, governance, and documentation efforts
Perform ad hoc data analysis as needed
Identify data gaps and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
8 10 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
Strong proficiency in SQL
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience with Python, R, or Databricks
Understanding of data modeling concepts
Experience in the insurance domain
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
