Role Summary

A leading organization is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with data leadership and cross-functional teams to support data initiatives, uncover trends, and help build a strong data-driven culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Translate business requirements into data analysis and present findings clearly to stakeholders
  • Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams on data-driven initiatives
  • Support data quality, governance, and documentation efforts
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis as needed
  • Identify data gaps and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
  • 8 10 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience with Python, R, or Databricks
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts
  • Experience in the insurance domain
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
