JOB TITLE: COPYWRITER III

DURATION: 4 MONTHS

LOCATION: ONSTE IN SEATTLE WA

PAY RATE: $48 - $58 HOURLY

Job Description:

Create clear, actionable user documentation and guidance to support the launch of Workforce Planning

Develop content targeted to Finance leaders, HRBPs, and business leaders

Write user guides, process documentation, and best practice guidance

Review and edit content for internal platforms and stakeholder communications

REQUIRED SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Communications, or equivalent experience

4+ years experience writing documentation, user guides, or business communications, preferably for enterprise software or HR systems

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible guidance for diverse audiences

Strong understanding of business processes and ability to write for executive and operational audiences

PREFERRED SKILLS

Demonstrated success creating high-impact documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communications

Experience writing for Finance, HR, or business planning audiences

Experience working closely with product teams and cross-functional stakeholders

An effective multi-tasker who navigates a fast-paced environment with efficiency and balances competing priorities

Strong customer-focused thinking with ability to anticipate user needs and questions

Familiarity with workforce planning, financial planning, or HR systems
