Job Description
Client is seeking an IT Service Delivery Technician I to provide first-level technical support for end users by maintaining computer hardware, software, and network systems. The technician will install, configure, troubleshoot, and support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and enterprise applications while ensuring excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 IT support through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware issues.
  • Configure and support Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Active Directory user accounts.
  • Install software, perform system upgrades, and maintain endpoint security.
  • Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users.
  • Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions accurately.
  • Support IT infrastructure projects, desktop rollouts, and hardware refreshes.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure equipment is properly tracked.
  • Work closely with infrastructure and application support teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data privacy standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service while supporting employees across the site.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate''s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of IT support experience, or 4–5 years of equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Intune.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems.
  • Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience supporting printers, scanners, mobile devices, and VoIP systems.
  • ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar certifications are preferred.

Physical Requirements

This is a Day Shift position supporting Client''s IT infrastructure and end users in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
