Job Description:

• Summary: Design, implement, and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions using PingOne AIC.
• Ensure end-to-end secure, scalable, and reliable identity systems integration across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Setup & Deployment
• Install, configure, and deploy PingOne AIC (Cloud).
• Automate deployments and configurations using tools fr-config Custom Workflows & Policies
• Develop custom authentication and authorization workflows using Java, JavaScript, or Groovy.
• Implement SSO, MFA, and federation using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect. Directory & Integration Management
• Configure and integrate with LDAP or Active Directory.
• Build integrations for web, mobile, API, and SaaS applications; work with RESTful APIs.

Essential Skills & Experience

• IAM Expertise
• Hands-on with PingOne AIC.
• Strong understanding of SSO, federation protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC).

Technical Proficiency

• Development experience in Java, JavaScript, and/or Groovy.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools: Azure, Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD practices.
• Excellent Postman skills, and ability to automate and implement collections System Integration & Automation
• Solid background in LDAP/Active Directory integration.
• Automation of deployment/configuration crucial for scalable solutions.

Operational & Monitoring Capabilities

• Experience in IAM environment management, including health checks, logging, and patching.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving integration issues.
• Agile & Collaboration
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Effective communication with both technical stakeholders and end-users.

Desirable Skills

• Familiar with PingOne IG (Identity Governance).
• Knowledge of compliance, regulatory standards, and zero-trust security frameworks.

Typical Qualifications

• Overall 9+ Years of IT experience
• 3 5+ years of hands-on IAM experience, especially with PingOne AIC and ForgeRock.
• Strong scripting/programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or Groovy.
• Prior experience with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform
