Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead is a pivotal role within our development team, responsible for managing technology in complex projects. This position involves providing technical guidance to enhance the capabilities of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of robust solutions that align with organizational objectives. The Senior Technical Lead will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, driving technical standards and best practices across projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Leadership By Guiding The Development Team In .Net Technologies, Enhancing Their Skills In C# And Sql Server To Improve Overall Productivity And Output Quality.
2. Conduct Thorough Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Ensuring Adherence To Best Practices And Coding Standards While Optimizing Application Performance.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within Assigned Modules By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Providing Insights On Feasibility Studies, Technical Alternatives, And Risk Assessments.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Exposure To Risks And Facilitate Timely Resolution Of Escalations.
Skill Requirements
1. Advanced Proficiency In .Net Framework, With Extensive Knowledge Of C# And Sql Server.
2. Strong Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies And Best Practices.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Provide Effective Technical Solutions.
4. Familiarity With Performance Optimization Techniques And Quality Assurance Processes.
Certification
1. Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (Optional But Valuable).
2. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Optional But Valuable).
Experience: 9-11 Years
Qualification: Bachelor of Technology/ Engineering
Skill (Primary): Modern Application Development-Full Stack Development-.Net Full Stack
