Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, AWS, Node.js, Agentic AI, and LangChain to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building intelligent systems using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), autonomous AI agents, and scalable cloud-native architectures.
This role involves end-to-end AI solution development - from model integration and prompt engineering to backend API development and cloud deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Agentic AI frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and implement AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and related orchestration tools.
- Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and Node.js.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating vector databases.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions on AWS Cloud (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, ECS/EKS).
- Integrate AI models with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
- Optimize prompt engineering strategies for accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitor AI application performance.
- Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI practices in production systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, DevOps, and Product teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong programming experience in Python (5+ years preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Node.js for backend API development.
- Practical experience with LangChain and Agentic AI workflows.
- Experience building AI agents, multi-agent systems, and RAG-based architectures.
- Solid understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services (Lambda, EC2, S3, IAM, API Gateway, ECS/EKS).
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
