We are looking for an Engineering Graduate who is interested in product and customer support.
The Customer Solutions Engineer is a customer-facing technical leader responsible for working with
new and existing customers to understand their operational and business requirements, and to lead the
successful deployment, enablement, and support of smart our metering platforms. This includes the
Storm cloud-based Head End System (HES), NEOS solutions, associated connectivity, and smart
meters.
The role partners closely with customers from early engagement through pilots and production
deployment, ensuring Storm and NEOS solutions are delivered reliably, meet customer outcomes, and
scale effectively for long-term operation.
Acting as a key link between customers and our global product, engineering, and support teams.

Managers, customer leaders, and business leaders within organization.

responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage the deployment of ATLAS, NEOS, NRTDS, and Wi-Fi solutions
within our facilities to support customer demonstrations, testing, and validation activities.
- Provide technical support to USA customers for both laboratory and on-site setup of NEOS
samples, Storm, and associated services.
- Coordinate the preparation, configuration, and distribution of product samples for customer
testing and evaluation.
- Lead and manage customer production pilots, offering end-to-end technical guidance and
resolving issues throughout field deployment.
- Enable customer access to Storm in collaboration with ANZ teams, including deployment and
integration of NRTDS and 55 solutions (e.g. Fabric, Home Assistant).
- Act as the technical lead for customer integration activities, ensuring solutions are aligned with
customer environments, requirements, and operational constraints.
- Manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and customer pilots, including the development of PoC plans,
progress tracking, and regular status updates.
- Lead integration and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from evaluation to
production deployment.
qualifications:
Engineer Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Material Science Engineering.
