This role supports both technical and non-technical stakeholders by delivering clear guidance, structured training, and responsive technical support.

Key ResponsibilitiesIn this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
- Oversight of IT development teams.
- Providing technical support and training to a broad client base, both technical and non-technical
- Understanding emerging technical trends.
- Coordinating between technical development teams and operational stakeholders to successfully deploy technology to the field.
- Systems integration and best practices.
- Systems engineering and best practices.
- Supporting technical IT operations.
