Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the technical implementation of a new Fiscal Agent Services module as part of the broader enterprise system.

• Ensure solutions align with industry guidelines, capability maturity goals, interoperability standards, and strict system modularity requirements.

• Lead architectural reviews, assess solution implementations, and ensure alignment with established enterprise architecture and technical policies.

• Evaluate system integration needs across various business modules, such as enrollment, provider services, third-party liability, and data warehousing.

• Provide architectural guidance for system interfaces, data exchange standards, APIs, security models, and cloud adoption strategies.

• Develop architectural artifacts, including logical and physical diagrams, data flow documentation, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure strict compliance with relevant security frameworks, data privacy regulations, and organizational security policies.

• Participate in governance processes, review change requests, and ensure all technical solutions are sustainable and maintainable over time.

• Provide leadership and guidance to internal project teams, business analysts, developers, and external vendor partners throughout the entire solution lifecycle.
