Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MDM Developer with hands-on experience in Reltio to design, develop, and implement Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, data integration, and Reltio platform configuration to support enterprise data governance and data quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement MDM solutions using Reltio platform
Configure Reltio data models, match/merge rules, survivorship rules, and workflows
Develop and maintain data integration pipelines using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware
Perform data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data governance policies and standards
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and performance issues
Support data migration and onboarding into Reltio MDM
Work with cross-functional teams including data architects, analysts, and business users
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Reltio MDM platform
Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts
Experience in data modeling, data profiling, and data quality tools
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and data integration tools (Informatica, Talend, etc.)
Proficiency in SQL and database concepts
Knowledge of match & merge algorithms and survivorship rules
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
