Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Develop and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Python and modern front-end technologies, ensuring application functionality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Design and implement responsive user interfaces, server-side logic, APIs, database structures, and application integrations to support business requirements and seamless user experiences.
Integrate generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications using large language models, agent platforms, AWS AI services, and enterprise AI search solutions.
Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support while collaborating with project managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver reliable solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Experience developing and delivering full-stack web applications using Python, including front-end development, back-end services, API integration, and database management.
Technical Skills:
Python, AWS, Full-Stack Development, Web Application Development, REST APIs, Front-End Development, Back-End Development, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Database Integration
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience developing enterprise web applications that support business workflows, user-facing services, and integrated application environments.
Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting business operations.
Experience integrating generative AI capabilities, intelligent agents, and enterprise search functionality into business applications to improve information access and application capabilities.
Experience supporting enterprise application delivery, production operations, application performance, and cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teams.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with AWS cloud services and cloud-based application development and deployment environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills, with an interest in developing and supporting AI-enabled enterprise applications.
