Location: Washington, DC 20024

Required Skills/Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Minimum 7+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• 3+ years acting as a ServiceNow Architect or Design Authority.

• Deep expertise in:

• ITSM (Incident/Problem/Change/Request)
• ITOM
• ITAM
• Security operations
• Strategic portfolio management
• IntegrationHub & Flow Designer

• Strong understanding of non-functional requirements: performance, security, upgradeability, and release management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.

Preferred Experience

• ServiceNow support for a large enterprise or public-sector environment
• Platform automation: Automated Test Framework (ATF), pipelines, CI/CD
• Service Mapping, ITOM, Performance Analytics

Preferred (any of the following):

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) — ITSM / Discovery / CMDB / CSDM
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferred

ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.
