We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Video Producer/Editor to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to engage in high-profile healthcare storytelling while collaborating with a creative team dedicated to impactful narratives.
Responsibilities
- Lead video projects from concept to completion, ensuring high editorial standards throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging storylines and production plans.
- Manage all aspects of field production, including logistics, scheduling, and execution.
- Oversee post-production processes, ensuring timely delivery of content.
- Develop and manage production budgets, forecasting costs for various projects.
- Maintain strong communication with team members and stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines.
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare reporting, storytelling, and project management.
- Proficient in audio/video editing software, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud and After Effects.
- Strong writing and journalistic skills, with a focus on healthcare and public interest topics.
- Experience with field recording equipment and production logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage production budgets effectively.
- Experience working within tight deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
- A portfolio showcasing self-produced audio and video content related to healthcare is highly desirable.
