Position Summary
The AI Technical Product Architect will serve as the technical owner and solution architect for enterprise AI initiatives. This individual will design and guide the delivery of scalable, production ready AI solutions across patient experience, clinical care, and healthcare operations.
This role blends solution architecture, principal engineering, and product collaboration, ensuring AI initiatives are technically feasible, aligned with business goals, and delivered responsibly in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end to end technical architecture for AI solutions
- Translate product vision into scalable system designs
- Design AI architectures including data pipelines, APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and MLOps workflows
- Act as a Principal Engineer when needed to guide design decisions and resolve complex challenges
- Integrate predictive, generative, RAG, and agentic AI models into enterprise systems
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Clinical stakeholders
- Lead architecture reviews and communicate technical tradeoffs and risks
- Ensure Responsible AI practices, governance, and regulatory compliance
- Support Agile delivery and CI/CD pipelines
- Establish AI platform standards, patterns, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years in technical product architecture or similar role
- 4+ years in senior or lead engineering roles
- Strong experience with:
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- AI/ML engineering and MLOps
- Data engineering and analytics
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non technical audiences
